G&P Property Solutions LLC uses project-based quotes for most handyman, installation, junk removal, home watch, and property maintenance jobs.
Instead of publishing a one-size-fits-all price list, each job is reviewed based on the actual scope of work, property location, materials or parts needed, job difficulty, disposal fees, and any specialty supplies required.
Many small jobs can be quoted by phone or text with clear photos and a description of the work needed. Larger or more detailed jobs may require an in-person review before final pricing is provided.
Before work begins, you will receive clear pricing so you know what to expect.
Materials, parts, dump fees, and specialty supplies are billed separately unless included in the written quote. If the scope changes or an additional issue is found, Patrick will explain the change and get your approval before performing added work.

Will work be added without my approval?
No. If the scope changes or another issue is discovered, the added work and price will be discussed before it is performed.
Are materials and disposal fees included?
The written quote will state what is included. Parts, materials, dump fees, and specialty supplies may be separate depending on the project.
Do you charge a service-call fee?
There is no automatic service-call fee published on the website. Pricing is based on the specific project, location, access, and work requested.
