“Plumbing fixture installation” means practical fixture-level work such as faucets, sink drains, toilets, disposals, hose bibbs, and utility sink parts — not new plumbing systems or major line repairs.

No flooring, roofing, rock removal, dirt removal, or property security services

All construction and repair work is limited to lawful projects under $1,000 total—including labor, materials, and all other costs—when no building permit or employee labor is required.
